She is a lovely new addition to my little family! Ellie is a 7 week old mini dachshund/chihuahua mix who I adopted about a week ago. She is cuddly, fuzzy, and friendly. She loves to have fun by playing tug-of-war or chewing on anything she can get her mouth on. We are currently learning about what is ok to bite (her toys) and what is not ok to bite (people, clothing, electrical wires, etc). She's doing a pretty stellar job on potty training, but there is always a slight learning curve, as is to be expected. Here are some more pictures of my fiesty little critter:
When she plays, she plays hard and when she sleeps, she sleeps hard. Above is Ellie napping in my jacket while I watch some Jon and Kate plus Eight.
Ellie loves playing with Nick and he loves her just as much. She likes snuggling up on his chest and giving him kisses.
